Since Labor Day weekend of 2018, the Historic Natchez Foundation has worked tirelessly to restore the exterior of the fire-laden Prentiss Club. Working in tandem with Wilmar Construction Company, HNF has successfully created a weatherproof building through reconstructing an entirely new roof structure, replacing broken and charred doors and windows, and removing debris and other burned material. This series of photographs highlights the extensive time, research, and funding necessary to accomplish saving a historic building.
